Deliveries for orders valued at £50 or more will be delivered free to destinations within the British Isles, including the off-shore islands and the Republic of Ireland. Orders valued below £50 will be subject to a £3.50 delivery and packing charge to these same destinations.

Bathzone aim to dispatch goods which are in stock on the next working day following receipt of cleared payment. Payments by PayPal are generally cleared instantly, but cheques can take up to 10 working days.
There can of course be times when goods are not available from stock. Dispatch times can vary in these cases, but we will inform you of the position on receipt of your order. Naturally you will have the option to cancel with a full refund should an extended delivery period not be acceptable to you. please note, however, that while we do our best to be accurate with estimated delivery times, delays can arise which are beyond our control. We will keep you informed in such cases and the option to cancel will remain.
Deliveries to the UK and Ireland will be made by courier or by Royal Mail, and will require a signture on receipt.
If, on receipt, a parcel seems to have been tampered with or damaged, please inspect the goods before signing, and refuse delivery of any damaged items.
Returns.
Items which have been damaged in transit, but where this has not been obvious from the state of the packaging, should be reported within 2 days of receipt to Bathzone and if possible to the courier.
Items which are faulty should be reported to Bathzone as soon as practicaly possible.
Bathzone will advise on the arrangements for their return.
A refund or a replacement will be issued as appropriate upon return of the faulty item to Bathzone.
Bathzone may accept items for return which are not damaged or faulty, provided they can be returned in a saleable condition. If you have changed your mind for whatever reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bathzone.co.uk and a return may be agreed. In the case of such a return the cusomer will be liable for the return costs and a refund or credit will only be issued when the goods have been received and inspected by Bathzone.
